FUNCTIONAL AND PROCESS ANALYST (ICT) - 10.11.2023

DUNA CORRADINI S.p.A. is looking for a Functional and Process Analyst to join the ICT Department. The role will deal with the functional analysis of internal and business processes for the flows’ re-engineering, aimed at the introduction and implementation of corporate IT applications.

The ideal candidate must have gained 3/5 years of experience, preferably in complex manufacturing Companies and/or in Consulting Companies focused on manufacturing projects and customers.

Main responsibilities

• Interact with company departments in order to translate different needs into functional requirements suitable for the development of business software solutions;
• manage the feasibility cycle, develop and maintain the ERP system;
• support external partners and consultants as well as internal users in all phases related to new implementations and release upgrades;
• verify implementations/changes to ensure the validity of results, accuracy and reliability, as well as compliance with established standards;
• provide second-level technical support in the analysis of the daily problems reported, identifying and implementing the most suitable solutions;
• train the internal end user on the functionalities of the platforms and develop training materials and technical manuals;
• integrate the management system with multiple software systems used in the different business areas

Requirements

• Scientific Master Degree
• Knowledge of latest generation ERP 
• Knowledge of CRM, Power BI and document management (WORKFLOW) platforms is appreciated
• Excellent communication, analysis, organizational and team working skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Knowledge of French is appreciated
