SALES ACCOUNT NORTH-CENTRAL ITALY - 12.10.2023
DUNA CORRADINI is looking for a SALES ACCOUNT within the MARKETING & SALES Department of its DUNAPACK® Division, specialized in the production and supply of protective and filling packaging on demand. The role will report directly to the Sales Manager and will have to deal with the Italian market, in particular the commercial NORTH-CENTRAL areas.
The ideal figure must have gained 2-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Companies of the Packaging sector, in particular in the segment of plastic protective packaging.
- penetrate new markets in North-Center Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Marche) by identifying new customers, expanding business segments, carrying out business development and commercial scouting activities;
- structure a solid network with newly acquired customers, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular commercial visits and telephone and digital contacts;
- ensure the constant update of customers about new products’ launches or on changes in the company offer, carrying out technical training activities at the customer's premises where necessary;
- retrieve information and provide feedback on product innovations on the market or entry of new competitors, to contribute to the optimization of existing products and the development of new solutions;
- stay updated on company products and industry news by attending fairs and consulting market research and industry benchmarks;
- assess the financial solvency of assigned customers and share this information with the company Credit Manager;
- meet the annual sales budget, arranged and shared with its Manager, in accordance with Company objectives.
- Technical/Scientific Diploma or Degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to create contacts and relationship networks
- Attitude to leadership and team working
- Goal-oriented work approach and performance-based evaluation
- Residence close to the place of work
