CONSOLIDO is the system for the consolidation of natural stone blocks that are to be sawn, done with our machine "MG2" together with our polyurethane formulated systems.
MG2 is our special equipment, designed to spray our specially designed polyurethane with a spraying gun and thus create a hard and resistant shell around the block of marble, granite or any other stone. The spraying application offered by this machine is quick, simple and practical. The resulting shell, encapsulating fragile and broken parts, not only prevents sawing machine damage and/or stoppages during sawing, but creates a frame that protects every single slab during further handling.
