CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER - 13.10.2025

DUNA-Corradini S.p.A. is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be part of the OPERATIONS department and report to the Chief Technologies Officer. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in medium-to-large, modern and technologically complex manufacturing companies. They will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements using specific methodologies (e.g. Lean and Six Sigma) to increase efficiency, reduce waste and optimise plant performance. Key responsibilities include in-depth data analysis, leading cross-functional teams and developing improvement plans.
Key responsibilities
- measuring and monitoring, in collaboration with manager, the production efficiency of departments with the aim of improving it by reducing scrap and waste;
- optimising the use of resources (in terms of personnel, machinery, plants and related work islands) with a view to achieving the required quantitative and qualitative results, with particular attention to process standardisation;
- assisting and supporting the Operations Department by suggesting any changes with a view to improving production processes and the organisation of the work of the personnel employed in the departments;
- support department heads in the daily management of the department, addressing any critical issues and facilitating the achievement of quantitative and qualitative results in the departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Management Engineering;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, in particular Excel and the most common ERP systems;
- Excellent aptitude for teamwork;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Residence within 30 km of the workplace (Soliera, MO).
