TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER (OIL & GAS) - 08.06.2026


DUNA CORRADINI S.p.A. is looking for a TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER that will join the MARKETING & SALES division for the OIL & GAS sector. He/she will be responsible for managing the entire order management process, from its acquisition, agreeing on technical and financial details with the customer, up to post-sales support.


Main Responsibilities

  • Directly seek out new customers through scouting and business development activities, with the aim of boosting sales, particularly in the OIL & GAS segment, where DUNA Corradini already has a presence with its products and applications;
  • Manage the development of industrial plant construction projects and the related validation processes for DUNA materials by the OIL & GAS Engineering companies that handle the technical aspects, from project conception to finalization of the sale.
  • Build a solid network with newly acquired customers and maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, visiting them regularly, as well as informing them about new product launches and changes/modifications to existing ones, and possibly also conducting on-site technical training and after-sales support.
  • Define the feasibility of customer requests, identifying their needs for product and application customization, using quotation tools, in terms of technical specifications, costs, and shipping times, in collaboration with the dedicated company departments (Technical Office, R&D, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Controlling).
  • In constant dialogue with Research and Development, monitor national and international legislation to identify current and future customer requirements related to regulatory compliance, with particular attention to regarding environmental and health and safety aspects. Attend trade shows, conferences, and seminars related to the oil and gas sector worldwide.
  • Conduct ongoing professional development activities to develop technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
  • Contribute to achieving the annual sales budget, established and shared with your manager, in line with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical-scientific discipline, preferably in Chemical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in networking and negotiation
  • Experience (5-7 years) gained in a similar position in companies operating in the oil and gas sector, as an OEM, or as an EPC Contractor.
  • Basic knowledge of technical drawing
  • Fluent in English
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Ability to work by objectives and be measured based on results
  • Residence near the workplace: Soliera (MO)

Salary Range: € 40.000-50.000
