RE: COVID-19 - DUNA USA to Remain Open During Duration of Chambers County Emergency Order

Dear Customers, Suppliers and Partners:

During the current COVID-19 crisis, various orders restricting business and individuals have been issued by state and local authorities across the country and, as of this morning, both Harris and Chambers Counties in Texas have announced the adoption of their own measures.

As outlined in each of the Harris and Chambers County orders, essential businesses and operations have a special responsibility to remain open and operational to ensure the continuity of commercial life during the COVID-19 crisis. As major suppliers of products and services for the Energy, Automotive Production, Chemicals, and Aerospace sectors of industry, DUNA should and will remain operational during this crisis.

DUNA USA was already operating under CDC guidelines, following the evolution of the outbreak in Italy (https://www.dunagroup.com/usa/news/supply-chain-and-coronavirus-update), which have included the implementation of hygiene and social distancing protocols applicable to our day to day manufacturing operations as well as a mandate that all persons who can work from home must work from home. We are operating under special hours with staggered teams of “required only” production personnel in order to ensure we follow CDC guidelines.
