The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website may acquire, during their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is unavoidable when using Internet communication protocols. This information is not obtained in order to be linked with the data subjects identified, but because of its very nature it may help identify the Users through the processing and association of data obtained by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used when submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in the reply, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the software being used by the User. This data is used for the sole purpose of extracting anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check that it is functioning correctly. The data may be used to establish who is responsible in the event of a hypothetical data breach that could damage the website.

Data freely provided by the User

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is essential in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific short versions of statement are gradually added or viewed on the pages of the website for the services requested and include a form for data collection.

Voluntary Data Provision

Except for the provisions specific to browsing data, the User is free to provide his/her personal data contained in the request form or otherwise indicated in correspondence to speed up the sending of information or other communications. Failure to provide this data may make it impossible to obtain the service requested. For the sake of completeness, please note that in some cases (not subject to ordinary website administration) the Authorities may request certain details and other information in accordance with the applicable legislation, for the purposes of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases we are obliged to comply.

The processing related to web services is carried out at the Data Controller’s offices and at the offices of the duly appointed external provider who is responsible for external processing. The Cloud provider will ensure the data is stored in Europe.

As previously indicated, the data is processed for the sole purpose of extracting anonymous statistical information on website use and to check that it is functioning correctly.
With reference to the data freely provided by the User through forms, the storage period is the time required to respond to the User’s requests (more details are included in the Data Protection Statement relating to the form).
